What is your Return Policy?
Our priority is your satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to accept returns on eligible products within seven (7) days of your receipt of the shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item via the payment method you used to make your purchase (minus shipping).
The seven (7) days will give you time to work with the crystal to discover if it’s the right one for you.
Should you need more time with your new healing crystal, we offer store credit after 30 days after your receipt of the shipment.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns, the cost of shipping, including international customs duties and fees, will be covered by the you or the purchaser.
Please Note: Our Return Policy applies to all Crystal Light and Sound products EXCEPT certain customized items and Custom or Special Orders such as:
• Custom Crystal Beds
• Custom-cut Crystals
• Gemstone-infused Singing Bowls
• And all digital download files.
What if my crystal appears damaged?
Please know that we carefully inspect each crystal for quality. We check each point and facet for chips and scratches, we clear old programming and polish it to perfection. We will not accept any returns with damage unless the packaging was severely damaged in shipping. Should that occur, please contact us immediately or simply don't accept the shipment and let us know.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. You can exchange a crystal for a similar value for up to 30 days from your receipt of the shipment. Please note that for a full refund, minus additional shipping charges, the crystal must be safely packaged, insured for full value and in good condition when we receive it.
How long does it take to get my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund (less shipping charges) within one to two weeks of our receipt of the shipment of the authorized return. Your refund will be processed and refunded in the same method of your original payment.
What if I don’t resonate with my cut crystal?
While we don’t offer refunds on customized items such as Custom or Special Orders and Custom Crystal Beds, we’re happy to offer full Store Credit towards another crystal of your choice.
How do I return my order?
If you want to return an item, simply

• View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu then
• Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes! If your intention is to select a gift for someone special, a Gift Certificate fits every size and desire. You can order one HERE
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, perhaps. As with most things, timing is everything! Contact us as soon as possible if you want to make changes to or cancel your order. We’ll do everything possible to help.
*How long do you honor special sales discounts?
During our sales specials that offer a percentage discount, we will provide an end date of the sale as it nears the end. Please note that sales specials and coupon codes cannot be combined. We'll be happy to apply one coupon code per your order.
Do you take Custom or Special Orders?
Yes! We love working with our customers to ensure everyone receives a crystal that will fulfill your intentions and support your healing journey.
We’re happy to take your Custom Order but we do have special policies concerning customization. We consider an order to be a “Custom Order” or a "Special Order" if it’s not a product that we regularly carry in stock.
We also require a 50% down payment for all Custom Orders, with the remainder due prior to shipment.
We’ll do our best to estimate the time needed to complete your Custom Order. As your new custom-made item nears completion, we will let you know a more precise ship date. Please note that changes to your original order will usually require revised pricing and a new delivery date.
Because a custom-made item is specifically made for you, we cannot accept Returns or issue a Refund on a Custom Order; but we will issue a full Store Credit for your downpayment on your Custom Order.
Of course, if there is a defect in the item or it was damaged in shipping, we’ll be happy to work with you on a Return and Refund.
Where do you ship?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If your location is declined, please contact us so we can correct the issue.
Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping charges will vary, of course, depending upon shipping times and destination.
How long will it take to get to me?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We do not profit from shipping. Shipping fees will be approximately the same as we are charged by the shipping company used to deliver your package.
Should the system overestimate the actual charge, you will be reimbursed. This will be issued immediately as a refund back to the payment method you used with your transaction.
The shipping rates for most of our products are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
